Once on board Saffron, champagne and oysters will be served as an aperitif as we cruise the calm Hong Kong waters at dusk taking in the Disneyland fireworks display. We will arrive at the magnificent new beach front restaurant Manta Ray, for a wonderful seafood meal prepared by acclaimed Chefs Mark Langdale and Jason Oakley.
With tables set up al fresco and overlooking the bay, you will get to enjoy a night under the stars and warm spring breeze, sampling the finest fresh Australian seafood with matching wines.
After dinner, we will again board Saffron for a final after dinner journey complete with digestives and cigars, returning into Central with style.
