| Thank you to you and the crew of the Bounty for an unforgettable night. Despite the biting cold we had a wonderful time. Looking at all the other boats on the harbour, we knew that we were on the best boat of the night, and the envious looks of passing boats showed that we weren't alone in thinking that :) The music was fun, and there were exactly the right number of people aboard. It didn't feel crowded, and remained intimate and friendly. The view that we had of the fireworks was unparallelled. My husband and I are expecting our first child this year, so for us the trip aboard the Bounty was the perfect way to usher in a very special year. | The day could not have been better - 100% satisfaction.
Slight confusion at the beginning but that was only because a few of the taxi drivers could not understand Ocean Court Pier, but everyone found it in the end. Tom and Ah Fook were a great crew and very friendly and the junk itself was a fine vessel. I'll have no hesitation using Saffron Cruises again for future trips. All the best and thank you again for your help in organising this trip. |

The trip went great, apparently we managed to almost run out of soft drinks. | The boat trip was definitely amazing. The weather was so good! I'm so glad you guys let us change the date. I will definitely pass the message on to the Juniors (grade below us) to rent boats with you guys, since they also will do a Senior Junk Trip next year. The skipper was so nice! Afook definitely deserves our praises. My classmates especially liked the size of the boat (perfect for 30 people). |

| We had a wonderful day!! It was sensational. The weather was great and we moored near Stanley prison - great spot. The hamper was excellent. All the food was great. The boatman was charming and very efficient. I cannot think why anyone would rent a junk off anyone else? |

| The trip was really great, the skipper and his assistant were very attentive and the skipper particularly sensed that I am particularly nervous on boats (something I believe I will concquer here in hong kong as my husband wants to very much get into boats), his driving was perfect and gentle after my friend explained my challenge.
The lunch choice was fabulous, we found it to be a memorable experience thank you. The service from your team on board was very attentive, excellent, they constantly checked if we needed anything. When asked questions the skipper was very knowledgeable. We look forward to working with you again! |

The food at the Lamma Hilton was fantastic and was a great compliment to the trip around the harbour and through Aberdeen to get there. | We think this cruise will be a highlight of our stay in Hong Kong. (We are moving to Zambia, Africa in August)
It was a great evening, food, weather cooperated wonderfully. I think that if you offer more contests in the future, you should only have these cruises as your rewards: there were many discussions of all the Shamrock foods that we have eaten over the year or so, and the boat, the sailors, and the preparations were great. |

| Just wanted to drop a quick note about the boat trip and ask how the wedding went. I hope they hit decent weather for the nuptials.
Our trip was lots of fun, even with the rain and choppy seas. We did cut things a bit short but everyone was cold and wet and ready to get to a warm bar(at least the boys, we ladies all went home for hot showers). Ricky was terrific; very helpful and great about cleaning up and helping out. The food and beverages were a hit; I absolutely loved the fruit tarts and did not want to share with our guests, the potato salad got raves, my father in law ate most of the smoked salmon and sausages, and everyone commented on the general taste, quality and generous portions. My father in law is a red wine guy and thought the bottles were of excellent quality. I am so pleased to be able to meet you and hope all your trips went off well today. |
